to 5SKY.org on Binance Smart Chain: A Quick Guide
Guide to Connect MetaMask Wallet to 5SKY.org on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
Preparation:
Ensure you have the MetaMask browser extension installed on your preferred web browser.
Setting up Binance Smart Chain on MetaMask:
Click on the MetaMask extension icon.
At the top, where you see "Ethereum Mainnet" or the name of the current network, click to open a dropdown.
Select "Custom RPC" from the list.
Now, enter the following details:
Network Name: Binance Smart Chain
New RPC URL:
https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/
Chain ID:
56
Symbol:
BNB
Block Explorer URL:
https://bscscan.com
Click "Save" to add the BSC network.
Ensure you switch to the Binance Smart Chain network you just added by selecting it from the network dropdown.
Starting with 5SKY.org:
Navigate to 5SKY.org in your browser.
Find the "Connect Wallet" button in the center of the page and click on it.
Choose MetaMask:
From the displayed wallet options, select "MetaMask".
MetaMask Pop-up:
MetaMask will present a pop-up window prompting you to connect to 5SKY.org.
Review the request and click "Connect" to confirm.
Sign Confirmation:
After the connection, MetaMask may prompt a "sign" confirmation to validate the user's intent for interactions between the wallet and the dApp.
Approve this sign request to continue.
Successful Connection:
After confirming, your MetaMask wallet is now linked with 5SKY.org on the BSC network. You should see your wallet address at the top right corner of the 5SKY.org site.
You can now engage in buying or selling NFTs on the BSC network.
Disconnecting (Important):
Upon completing your tasks on 5SKY.org, ensure you disconnect your MetaMask wallet for safety.
On 5SKY.org, click on your wallet address at the top right. Choose "Disconnect" from the dropdown that appears.
